These Duke Dark Grey Fresco Wool trousers are made in Italy from a medium weight wool cloth woven in England by Hardy Minnis, perfect for spring and summer. Fresco fabric is highly breathable, crease resistant, and has a subtle texture that keeps it from looking like suiting. The open weave allows air to flow through, making them ideal for warm weather.
A true wardrobe essential, they work just as well with a navy blazer for a sharp look as they do with a patterned jacket for something a little more relaxed. Like all Kit Blake trousers, they're made in Italy.
The model in the video is 186CM / 6' 1", and he wears a size 32 in all Kit Blake trousers, finished with a 32' inseam.
About the Duke style
The Duke is our single-pleated model that was introduced due to customer demand. This model is ideal for conservative business environments or nervous / first-time pleat wearers. The single pleat is a outward-facing pleat and the fit is similar to our Grant style, although the single pleat means there is slightly less volume in the front of the trouser. Like all Kit Blake trousers, the trousers do not require a belt due to having side-adjusters. We recommend that these trousers are worn with a turn-up cuff, but it is up to the client’s preference. Note all of the trousers come unfinished to have them altered to your desired length.
If you are in-between sizes, we would recommend going up a size and pulling the adjusters in a little closer as needed.

The Duke is our single-pleated version of the Aleks, however, due to the single pleat, it has a slightly more tapered lege.
The single deep pleat faces outwards in what we used to call the “Italian” way and gives a sharp, clean definition to the front crease without excess bagginess. Ideal for cautious dressers or conservative business environments, they are a good introduction to pleated comfortable trousers.
