Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and return the trousers. Returning an order will be at your own cost and we do not provide return labels or refund return shipping fees, except if the products were faulty or if the wrong products were sent.

If you would like to make a return or for any questions, you need to contact us at enquiries@kitblake.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for having them shipped back to you at your own cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Trousers sent with the tags cut will not be refunded and you will be responsible for having them shipped back to you at your own cost.


For returns of US and EU countries, it is imperative that ‘Return of British Goods from an e-commerce order’ is written in the invoice of the returned goods and clearly marked when organising the return. The return should be addressed to Kit Blake, and you need to include the tracking number and paperwork of the original parcel to prove that the goods are being returned. 

Please note that if this not done correctly, your return may be refused or any charges incurred by Kit Blake will be removed from your refund. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, you will have to place a new order for the product you would like and then return the item would not like to keep. The 14-day return window for each product begins when each product has been delivered to your address. Note shipping fees will be charged again on the second order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping fees will be excluded from your refund, unless the item is faulty or if you received the incorrect item. Please note that gift cards are not refundable.
