These Grey and Charcoal Check Flannel trousers come in our Caine fit, a flat-front trouser with a medium rise and a slim leg and are made in Italy. These trousers are best suited to the cooler months, but can also be worn at the start of spring, due to the medium weight (340g/sqm²) of the flannel, woven by Vitale Barberis Canonico, a mill established in 1663. Pair them with a plain shirt and blazer to dress them up and still have a subtle outfit, while you can wear them with a plain grey, navy, or beige jumper on your days off. These trousers fit small and you should size up from your normal size.

These trousers arrive unhemmed to finish as you wish. With all Kit Blake trousers, we suggest finishing them with a 2" turn-up cuff.

About the Caine style

Kit Blake Caine trousers are our flat-fronted style. They sit lower on the waist than our pleated trousers, but still sit well above the hips. The Caine trousers have a slim leg, without being too skinny, and they're the leanest trousers we offer.

Our Caine trousers fit smaller than our other trousers, and we recommend sizing up.

We recommend all customers size up in the Caine trousers as they fit smaller than other Kit Blake trousers on the waist, and have a lean leg.
